Terms of service

Effective: August 30, 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern business merchants' use of the Billiger.de Product Connect Shopify app provided by TRENDY DESIGNS LLC.

2. Service

The app creates a configurable feed from authorized Shopify product data. Merchants can set minimum inventory, default shipping cost and delivery time, and enable or disable the feed.

3. Price and billing

The plan costs USD 9.99 every 30 days. Shopify displays the price and billing period before plan selection and bills all app charges. There is no trial, usage fee or external billing. Free Shopify test subscriptions cannot export a production CSV feed; designated Shopify review stores can test the full flow without a real charge.

4. Merchant responsibilities

Merchants must have the right to use and transmit their product data, review the feed before use, and meet the chosen recipient's requirements. Merchants remain responsible for prices, offers, product information, shipping cost, delivery time and legal notices.

5. Availability

Maintenance, security measures, and changes or outages affecting Shopify, hosting or third-party services can temporarily limit use. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

6. Termination

A paid plan can be cancelled under the terms shown by Shopify. Uninstalling the app ends access and initiates deletion of active store-related app data.

7. Liability

Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law requires it. Otherwise, applicable law governs.
